John S. DuBiel, Jr, Principal

John has over twenty years of senior management experience in the consumer products, packaging, general manufacturing, and beauty aid manufacturing verticals with a strong focus on global transportation, distribution, manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing. He is a nationally recognized expert and brings numerous accomplishments to the table for Impact Management and Supply Chain Edge and their customers.

Prior to co-founding Supply Chain Edge, John worked for 14 years at Revlon group of companies where he held numerous positions in the transportation and logistics areas until his promotion to Vice President of Global Transportation and Logistics. Under his direction, his team established and maintained the formulation of rates, policies, procedures and terms with Agents, Forwarders, Carriers and Third Party Logistics Suppliers. Additionally, John's team negotiated all transportation contracts and rates at the international, national and regional levels and managed a $120 million transportation budget. John led corporate efforts to centralize worldwide Supply Chain services supporting supply chain networks in the U.S. and thirty international markets servicing customers in 150 countries. He also created and implemented operational plans to deploy more than four million shipments annually.

For 11 years, John held numerous positions for United Parcel Service, Inc. in supervisory roles to Center Manager, where he had full operational P&L responsibilities. As District Industrial Engineering Manager, John was responsible for all original analysis work measurement, creation of standards, and reporting of variances.

John earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University . He is also a guest lecturer at Fisher Business School and Ohio State University . He has published numerous articles on transportation and logistics and is active with numerous organizations.
