Prior to consulting in 1991, George worked for 10 years with Beckman Instruments; George led the transition to lean manufacturing and fast cycle product development. Significantly improved financial performance, strategic direction, new products, morale and customer loyalty resulted. With Boeing, Westinghouse, Brown Boveri, Beckman and Unisen, progressively expanding roles as design engineer, sales engineer, manufacturing manager, sales manager, technology director, and senior executive vice president provided George with uniquely balanced experience and leadership to consistently generate results.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics awarded Summa Cum Laude and an MBA. Many professional and industry organizations (such as AeA (American Electronics Association), AME, APICS and PMA (Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association) continue to request him as a guest lecturer and speaker.
